You should follow the normal upgrade procedures, taking note of the warning above.
After upgrading, it is necessary to run `packagecloud-ctl reindex-everything` before the next upgrade. This command will take some time for large (1000's of packages) deployments, so it should be run inside of a screen or tmux session.
To enable the much faster xbstream backup format, you must set `backups['use_xbstream'] = true` inside of `/etc/packagecloud/packagecloud.rb`
